Made with a 100% cotton outer that’s been coated with fully waterproof Teflon®, Alanna can keep you warm and dry in any unpredictable weather. Pick Night Sky and inside you’ll find soft, jersey lining, or Urban Grey Print for brushed, quilted chambray - both of which boast contrast herringbone detailing and a hidden, zipped pocket. Alanna has insulated padding and a detachable hood for when you don’t need quite so much protection. It has four practical external pockets and a two way front zip with a lovely faux leather puller. Practicality doesn’t make for an unstylish coat, and Alanna falls to a flattering 3/4 length with a snap fastened rear vent and concealed, adjustable waist drawcord, so you can tailor your coat to just how you like it.

I bought the Alanna coat and a merino scarf to match for my daughter. She was over the moon with the quality and style of both.
Very happy with this coat. Certainly showerproof but not tested yet in a downpour. Good padding so warm. Like the 2 way zip. Hand warming pockets could be a bit deeper but overall very pleased with my purchase and really good value for money.

This is a lovely coat, the quality is excellent, warm, weatherproof and lovely colourway, I have purchased it in the sale , fabulous price, a size 20 and feel it is quite fitted, if you are thinking of ordering this coat dont hesitate!

My wife asked me to find her an actually waterproof outdoor coat that didn't look like she was making an attempt to summit k2. After weeks of trying the usual outdoor stores I stumbled on lighthouse, and found the perfect coat. Waterproof and cosy enough for autumn walks in the forest, but beautiful enough for collecting the kids at the school gate during a rain storm. I will definitely visiting the shop again.
