Our deliveries normally arrive within 2-3 working days of dispatch from Belfast. However please allow 10 working days in case of delay. If you haven't received your delivery within 10 working days of placing the order please get in touch.


If you need your order even quicker, we can dispatch using a courier. This is a next day service, with Royal Mail Special Delivery guaranteed by 1pm. Orders must be placed before 12noon to ensure next day delivery. Express Orders placed after this time will be sent on a 24hour service the following day. Please note that Express Delivery does not include Saturdays. You will have access to the full delivery history and progress with our Track Your Express Order page.

Please allow 6-9 working days for delivery to Europe. Delivery is via Royal Mail overseas mail. However please allow 14 working days in case of delay. If you have not received your delivery within 14 working days of placing your order please contact us.




All goods are shipped from the UK and should arrive with you within 14 working days of your order being placed. You may have to pay import duties and taxes on your goods when they enter the United States.

If you wish to send a return or exchange to us, please post it back with a little covering note to the following address detailing your name, address, order number and reason for return, within 30 days of receiving the item(s).

We now offer FREE Returns, which you can manage by clicking here, Returns Portal. You can print out a returns postage label from this portal, but if there are any issues or if you prefer to simply create the label yourself, please refer to the above address. 

Please make sure that the returned item has not been worn (other than tried on), and that it is in its original packaging, with all original tags attached. We recommend that you obtain a proof of postage certificate from your post office / carrier.

If you would like to exchange an item, please make sure you specify the colour and size you would like on a cover note. Items for exchange will not be charged twice for postage, but we cannot offer postage labels or postage refunds for anything other than faulty items.

Returned gift items still have to be refunded to the purchaser. If you want to swap or return your gift, the purchaser will need to get in touch with us directly. Refunds can only be credited back to the original payment method. You can only return goods to us purchased through



In addition to our returns policy, under distance selling regulations, customers purchasing from within the UK or EU have seven working days (beginning when you receive your goods) to cancel your purchase. In this case, we will provide you with a full refund for the goods.

Any goods being returned under this clause must be returned at your own expense. As with all other returns, we strongly advise that you obtain proof of posting – unfortunately refunds cannot be given for goods not received back by us.

To this end, we guarantee our products for two years against defects in fabric, accessories and workmanship. If there is a defect in manufacture, then we will repair, replace or refund you, at our own discretion. Your statutory rights are not affected by this warranty.

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents or misuse, or the natural breakdown of fabric / proofing / accessories which will occur over extended time and use.

With respect to our colleagues who will handle warranty claims, please wash the garment before you return it to us. For those garments where the warranty claim is found to be valid, we will refund the cost of your return (please enclose proof of cost) to a maximum of £10 Sterling (UK) or €12.00 (Republic of Ireland), and send you the repaired or replaced garment (where applicable) free of charge.
