STANDARD UK - FREE  (On orders over £45)

Standard UK postage for orders under £45 - £3.95.  We use Royal Mail RM24 service for all our standard UK orders.  This service aims to delivery in 1 business day, but cannot guarantee this, so please allow 1-3 business days for delivery.  A confirmation email is sent on dispatch to let you know your order is on its way. 

NEXT DAY UK - £5.95

Order by 2pm, Monday to Friday, to receive your Lighthouse order the next day (excludes Bank Holidays).  All next day orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm.  You will be able to track your order by following the link in the dispatch email, or by contacting customer services on 028 9079 0588 or emailing: help@lighthouseclothing.co.uk. 

 

IRELAND

 

EXPRESS IRELAND - FREE (on orders over €50)

Express Ireland postage for orders under €50 - €8.50. Order by 2pm, Monday to Friday, to receive your Lighthouse order in 1-2 business days.  You will receive a tracking email with your shipping number and link to the DHL tracking website, with options to sign up to email or text notifications on your order's process.

On Demand Delivery (ODD) - Express customers are provided with an estimated date of delivery within one hour of your order being collected by DHL, and you can choose how you wish to receive your delivery, with options including:

  • Reschedule for another day
  • Leave with a neighbour
  • Leave in a safe place
  • Deliver to a DHL Service Point (45,000 locations worldwide)
  • Deliver to an alternative address
  • Hold until you return from vacation

STANDARD IRELAND - FREE (on orders over €50)

Standard Ireland postage for orders under €50 - €4.50. We use P2P TrakPak service for all our Standard Ireland orders.  This service is fully tracked, and aims to deliver in 5-7 business days. A confirmation email, with tracking number is sent on dispatch, to let you know the order is on its way, and to keep track of progress.

Distance Selling Regulations

In addition to our returns policy, under distance selling regulations, customers purchasing from within the UK or EU have seven working days (beginning when you receive your goods) to cancel your purchase. In this case, we will provide you with a full refund for the goods.

Any goods being returned under this clause must be returned at your own expense. As with all other returns, we strongly advise that you obtain proof of posting – unfortunately refunds cannot be given for goods not received back by us.

Guarantee

We want you to be happy with your purchase from targetdry.com

To this end, we guarantee our products for two years against defects in fabric, accessories and workmanship. If there is a defect in manufacture, then we will repair, replace or refund you, at our own discretion. Your statutory rights are not affected by this warranty.

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents or misuse, or the natural breakdown of fabric / proofing / accessories which will occur over extended time and use.

With respect to our colleagues who will handle warranty claims, please wash the garment before you return it to us. For those garments where the warranty claim is found to be valid, we will refund the cost of your return (please enclose proof of cost) to a maximum of £10 Sterling (UK) or €12.00 (Republic of Ireland), and send you the repaired or replaced garment (where applicable) free of charge.
