With a relaxed, roomy fit, Margot is ideal for layering over chunky knits. The hood is both adjustable and detachable, so you can tailor the look (and the coverage) to suit the day. Sturdy storm cuffs, secure pockets, and a two-way zip add to the coat’s practicality without compromising on style.

Will this coat keep me warm?
Yes – it’s filled with 280g of recycled wadding to help keep out the cold.

It’s water repellent up to 1,000mm – suitable for light rain and drizzle, but not fully waterproof.

Pleased with my new oaths it is very cosy and warm in these March winds. Many jackets seem to be so short but this one is a good length.

The coat is lovely and warm. Generous in its cut to allow for extra layers - it felt too big at first but in truth it was fine. I wondered if I sized down, the sleeves might be too short? It suited me because I don’t like tight clothing.
The only reason the coat didn’t get 5 stars is because there is no adjustment on the hood. The hood is way too big! Pull the strings to tighten it and you can’t see!
Apart from that, it’s perfect.
Zipped inner pocket, press studs on the two outer pockets. Hood zips off if required.
I purchased the coat at sale price. If I were paying full price I’d want the hood to have an adjustment on it.
