I wanted a warm coat but not the usual black. This is a lovely colour.
I ordered a 14 as I’m a 12/14. But it was much too big. As was the 12. So I eventually got it right with the size 10!
I know oversized coats are in fashion but at 5’4” I don’t think that suits me.
No problem with returns and refunds.
