Very pleased with the jacket . A lovely colour that was an excellent match to the picture and quality also very good .The size was perfect and I love the contrasting patterned lining . Customer service was great as able to speak to a person immediately on the phone regarding a delivery issue . This was the order form as my address was incomplete and was sent back……laziness on the part of Royal Mail to find the full delivery address as name and postcode were there along with a bit of the address.
