Lovely top to wear goes well with most colours. It comes up a bit big so it would be wise to go down a size.

Bought this matelot top for spring-time in the sale, along with one in another colourway, both in size 12.
First the positives;
Good price in the sale.
Lovely colour and quality feel to the fabric, taped seams to the small side-slits are a nice touch.
A couple of negatives;
Both of the tops are the same size but be aware they vary wildly for fit. I am actually a size 14/16 top in some clothes and went by the measurements on the Lighthouse website to place my order.
Both tops feel big/loose, the fit is a little odd as the neckline rides up and the tops don't lie flat when worn underneath anything else so I feel like I'm constantly having to readjust them?
The fit is long, and dare I say it...looks and feels maybe just a bit frumpy? A slightly shorter length, (only by a couple of inches though, not cropped) might look more contemporary>
Due to sale price will keep, but will tailor the fit myself as can sew.
