The Laurel Gilet brings everyday versatility in a neat, semi-fitted shape. With a durable nylon outer and water-repellent, fluorocarbon-free coating, it offers reliable comfort on cooler days.
The hip-length cut pairs easily with jeans or your favourite leggings, whilst zipped front pockets provide a safe spot for small essentials. Finished with an antique brass zip and faux leather puller, it blends practicality with clean, understated style.
Is this gilet warm?
Yes – it’s padded with 160g of recycled synthetic fill to add warmth without weight.
What length is it?
It’s hip-length – great for layering and movement.
Is it waterproof?
It’s water repellent up to 1,000mm – suitable for light showers.
Is it machine washable?
Yes – wash on the coolest setting.
Is the fit relaxed or fitted?
It has a semi-fitted shape – neither too snug nor too loose.
Is it sustainable?
Yes – the insulation is made from Repreve® recycled fibres, and the outer is treated with a fluorocarbon-free water-repellent coating.

A useful piece of kit, cosy and very lightweight but warm. I’ve deducted a star because the shaping in the bust area is a little odd but not enough to stop me wearing it.
